Do you offer wholesale with no MOQ for in-stock items?

Yes. In-stock items have no minimum order quantity. Made-to-order runs typically start from about 100 total units with ~20 units per color.

What are your lead times?

In-stock items ship immediately after payment. Made-to-order production usually takes 3–4 weeks depending on loom capacity and colors.

Do you ship to the US, Canada and Europe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Air cargo to the US/EU typically arrives in 3–7 days. Sea freight to the US is about 4–6 weeks. For Europe, road freight (e.g., Germany, France, Greece) is available. Customs, duties and taxes belong to the buyer.

Do you provide OEM / private label?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can add your brand labels, embroidery, hangtags and packaging. Custom jacquard or dobby patterns can be woven on request.

Which materials and options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Primarily 100% Turkish cotton. Options include one-side terry/one-side flat-woven peshtemals, jacquard and dobby weaves, and a wide color palette.

Do you have OEKO-TEX® options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. OEKO-TEX® certified options are available on request depending on the yarn lot and product line.

What are your payment terms?

Accepted Answer

For made-to-order production we typically take 40% deposit at order confirmation and 60% before shipment. In-stock orders are paid in full before dispatch.

Can I order samples?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sample packs are available; the cost can be credited to your first wholesale order. Please contact export@peshtemalconcept.com for current sample options and rates.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

For wholesale orders, returns are accepted for defective or incorrectly supplied items. Claims must be reported promptly with photos. Standard window is 14 days; return shipping is by mail unless agreed otherwise.
