Sea Freight: Best option for large wholesale orders to the USA.
Air Freight (Express): For urgent or small quantity shipments (5–7 business days).
Road Transport: Fast and cost-effective delivery across Europe.
All orders are carefully pre-packed, quality-checked, and insured before shipping.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Lead Times:
In-stock items: Ship within 2–4 business days after payment.
Pre-order or custom-made items: 3–4 weeks production time.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our Turkish towels, bathrobes, and blankets, which are carefully inspected before shipping.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items.
Custom-made or personalized items (with logo, embroidery, or private label) are non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during transit.
Replacement or credit will be issued after the returned goods are inspected.
